D'ONE STUDIO is Greater Toronto Area based  interior architecture practice specializing in commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality design services. We offer full spectrum of design and construction coordination, including: 

Site visit and client's needs analysis. Discussing project budget, establishing project schedule, examining existing site conditions. At this stage we determine goals of the project and get a full picture of client's expectations.   

Developing space plan for client's approval with consequent creation of design concept. In this stage, we identify materials, finishes, and furniture for the project, prepare presentation for client's review with optional 3d visuals. 

Plan and supervising construction projects from start to finish. We will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner according to the requirements and without exceeding the budget.

Preparation of full set of construction drawings for building permit application and tender. Depending on the scope of work this may include furniture, demolition, partition, power and communications, reflected ceiling, and finishes plans as well as construction details. One set of drawings will be issued for client's review.  

Submission and coordination of building permit for the project. Coordination of tender process on behalf of the client and advising on the best options to proceed with the project construction. In this phase, we review construction documentation produced by contractor and verify all project deliverables meet our quality control standards. Optionally, we arrange space decoration and final touch ups of your gorgeous brand new space.
